They will eliminate many service calls and issues by putting complete file tracking status in the hands of their clients. They will proactively follow up on every closed file to enlist feedback and make determinations on where they can improve their work-flow processes. Continuous Process Improvement CPI will be their mantra. They will grow their business responsibly with the intent of never compromising their employees' ability to service their customers.
