In 2001 their brother Patrick J. Maloney joined the Company as the Regional Sales Representative and Marketing Consultant.

The Company can do a title search for you anywhere in New York State. They do full searches, short searches and attorney or foreclosure searches. If you require title insurance they can issue Owners Title Insurance Policies or Mortgage Insurance Policies through one of their underwriters. They underwrite through Stewart Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
As the industry expanded, title insurance companies and their agents began providing basic services to real estate sellers, buyers, lenders, brokers, developers, attorneys, builders, and others.
