This brother and sister team formerly practiced law together as Maloney & Maloney, Esq., and P.C. The two bring their practical experience gained from their prior 12 years in private practice to the Company. What makes this company unique is that it was founded by two experienced attorneys who are familiar with the issues that face the real estate practitioner when working with a title company. In 2001 their brother Patrick J. Maloney joined the Company as the Regional Sales Representative and Marketing Consultant. Tellus Abstract, Inc. is a service orientated organization. Tellus Abstract, Inc. is a full service title abstract company. They can do a title search for you anywhere in New York State. They do full searches, short searches and attorney or foreclosure searches. If you require title insurance they can issue Owners Title Insurance Policies or Mortgage Insurance Policies through one of their underwriters. They underwrite through Stewart Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title, Inc. and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
