The sale of Smith Brothers Abstract to Mr. Kivell was only the second change in ownership of an abstract company in the Tulsa County since the original Certificates of Authority were issued in the early 1900's.
Smith Brothers Abstract and Title Company are also licensed by the State Insurance Commission. Errors and Omissions coverage is maintained by the company in the amount of 2,000,000.00 dollars.
