They also have copies of all recorded plats and instruments of record. Tiffany Brady, an employee since the inception of the company is the Title Department Manager. Other fundamental employees in the Title Department are Jamie Mead, Vickie Carroll, Amy Caswell, Tina Croft, Kristy West, Tanya Langston and Susan Held.
Their North branch is situated in the Remax Building. This branch is also a full service office. Tracye Harned is the branch manager and she joined the Conway Title family in July of 2004 bringing with her 20 years experience in the title industry. Although it is a product significantly different from other kinds of insurance coverage, the title insurance can be very effective for avoiding losses and claims in real estate transactions.
