AmeriTitle began in 1985 when Jeld-Wen inc., Jean Phillips and Linda Stelle joined forces to purchase Mountain Title Company, Inc. At that time, Mountain Title was located in Klamath Falls and was an office of eight employees. With the energies of those employees and direction from Jeld-Wen, they have grown into a state wide, multi faceted title and escrow corporation. They offer a variety of ancillary services, including collection escrows, construction disbursement and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
