Summit Title Services
Summit Title Services was formed in 2003 with the mission of providing the highest quality title and settlement services in Laramie County, Wyoming. Since opening, they have grown from 3 to 12 employees and doubled their office space. Summit Title Services provides the full range of residential, commercial, and agricultural land title, escrow, and settlement services.
Their office is managed by Olen Snider,a real estate transactional attorney with more than 17 years experience in commercial and residential finance, land title law, and banking law. A Worland native, Mr. Snider returned to Wyoming in 1998 after 11 years in private practice in Baltimore, Maryland, and served the Wyoming Attorney General until May 2003, when he left to organize Summit Title. He is assisted by law clerk, P.J. Fox.
Summit Title searches in the original sources the actual recorded documents filed in the real estate and court records in the county courthouse. Although their present focus is on Laramie County, for larger transactions, they stand ready to go anywhere in Wyoming to serve you. They have recently expanded their full service services to include Albany and Goshen Counties.
Summit Title provides a service to its clients that are nearly unique in Wyoming. Most Wyoming title companies are operated and staffed by no lawyers. No lawyer title companies are prohibited from preparing any legal documents, which only Wyoming lawyers are permitted to prepare.
They have on site an experienced real estate and transactional lawyer, Mr. Snider. As a result, often for no additional cost, Summit Title have prepared custom documents to fit your every special need, subject of course to review and approval by your legal advisors. This includes powers of attorney, affidavits of survivorship, quitclaim deeds, easement agreements, encroachment agreements, and many more.
