Ten years after the formation of Southwest Escrow, President and CEO, Dale Puhl is pleased to introduce the Las Vegas Valley's newest title insurance company, Southwest Title. They have firmly aligned themselves with two national underwriters. The Talon Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, two of the largest title insurance underwriters in the nation.
Southwest Title is headquartered in the Southeast. They have already implemented plans for a commercial office, which is currently under construction, as well as an additional office in the Las Vegas area. Many of their plans and goals are already underway, including plans for additional offices in the Las Vegas Valley. According to Dale Puhl, their company also has long term goals to play a role in the title insurance industries in Northern Arizona and Northern Nevada.
Southwest Title is now a full service Title Insurance firm, offering escrow services on virtually all types of transactions, including commercial, business sales, refinance, standard resale, contracts of sale and all inclusive trust deeds. Additionally, they have a loan service department that currently services more than 1,000 accounts, a foreclosure department and a highly experienced title insurance department, with full customer service support.
Southwest Title's escrow and title officers have, on average, nearly 20 years of service. Another important element, in addition to length of service, knowledge and capability, is the fact that Southwest Title is fully locally owned and operated. This is important because it means they can give better, faster service as well as more personalized service because decisions are made locally. They would like you to be their next customer.
