The Company founded in 1982, Olympic Peninsula Title is owned and operated by Chris and Sue Zook. Chris Zook, President of Olympic Peninsula Title, worked as a Title Examiner, Closer and Manager for Transamerica Title Company for 15 years. He managed Transamerica's Clallam County operations for eight years prior to purchasing the business and starting Olympic Peninsula Title.

Olympic Peninsula Title has two offices to serve you, one in Port Angeles and one in Sequim. Their staff has over 200 years combined experience in the title insurance and escrow industry.

Olympic Peninsula Title's title plant dates back to the 1920's when Brumfield Abstract Company began compiling and maintaining a geographical index for abstracting purposes.
Transamerica Title Insurance Company purchased the company in 1974, and expanded the operation, opening the first title and escrow office in Sequim to serve the newly organized Sequim Board of Realtors. Olympic Peninsula Title strives to be Clallam County's premier Title Insurance and Escrow Service provider. Olympic Peninsula Title is committed to excellence in customer service.
