The Company was originally formed in 1993 as Nevada Title Insurance Company and domiciled in the State of Nevada. They are proud of their beginnings as a Nevada based title insurance underwriter, but realized that the real estate market exists far beyond the state of Nevada border. They had more and more of their clients demand service on a regional and national level.
In 1999, they changed their name to Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, redomiciled to the State of California and began their expansion by obtaining a license in California. Currently Westcor is licensed in 9 states and they are continuously growing to meet their client's needs. Their goal is to be able to respond quickly as their family of agents grows into new markets.
Westcor Land Title Insurance Company is a regional title insurance underwriter committed to financial stability and growth through strategic agency alliances. Westcor is licensed in the states of Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah. The Company is also pursuing licenses in other states.
They provide their privacy policy to each customer when they purchase their title insurance policy. Generally, this means that the Privacy Policy is provided to the customer at the closing of the real estate transaction.
