Volusia Title Services has three closing officers and three title examiners with adequate support and staff. All meet the continuing education requirements by the State of Florida Insurance Commission to be a licensed Title Insurance Agent in the State of Florida. The Company is an Active Member of the Florida Land Title Association and American Land Title Insurance. There Types of Loans closed by the closing officers are conventional Negative amortization, Fixed Rate and in construction Residential and Commercial.
